1.5 oz Reyka Vodka
1.5 oz Passoã Passion Fruit Liqueur
1 oz cranberry juice
0.5 oz lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
0.75 oz La Marca Prosecco
Combine all ingredients except prosecco with ice and shake. Strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora glass and top with prosecco.
1.5 oz Bacardi Superior
0.5 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
0.1 oz lime juice
2 heaping bar spoons of sugar or .75 oz simple syrup
1 muddled strawberry
Mix ingredients and shake. Double strain over a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a strawberry.
0.75 cup simple syrup
8 slices fresh ginger
6 oz room temperature steeped jasmine tea
3 oz vodka
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
A splash of Santa Margherita sparkling rosé
Muddle the ginger and simple syrup together. Add the tea, lemon juice, and vodka. Strain over a glass and add a generous splash of sparkling rosé on top. Garnish with a lemon twist.
